At Luminary Sparks, we deliver high-quality branding and web design services through a digital delivery process. This policy explains how we deliver services, manage revisions, and handle post-project adjustments.
Project timelines are typically between 15–30 business days from the date we receive:
A signed agreement
Your initial non-refundable deposit
All required project materials (text, images, product info, links, etc.)
Delays in providing required assets may result in delayed delivery.
Your brand and/or website project will be considered complete once all contracted elements have been delivered digitally and approved. At that time:
You will receive access to your website files and/or live site
Brand assets will be shared via cloud-based storage or email
You are granted a 7-day error review window from the completion date to report any:
Technical issues
Broken links
File migration issues
Note: This period does not cover new change requests or additional revisions. Any errors reported after 7 days will be addressed at our standard rate of $75/hour.
Your project includes revision time equal to 10% of the overall project scope. Revisions must be:
Within the scope of the original proposal
Submitted during active design stages or prior to final approval
Extra revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at $75/hour. You will be notified in writing and asked to confirm before any billable changes are made.
After final delivery:
You are responsible for all future website content updates, maintenance, or plugin renewals
Additional services are available upon request and billed separately
Final intellectual property rights are transferred only after the full payment is completed. Drafts or unused designs remain the property of Luminary Sparks.
You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your own hosting and domain name. Luminary Sparks is not liable for loss of data, downtime, or domain expiration due to client oversight.
