By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients, users, and visitors of Luminary Sparks.
Luminary Sparks provides brand and website design services. All work will commence only after a signed agreement and receipt of the initial non-refundable deposit.
Estimated project timelines range from 15–30 days, dependent on timely delivery of client materials (e.g., website copy, imagery, links, products, etc.). Delays caused by the client may affect launch dates.
All quoted prices include revisions that do not exceed 10% of the total development time. Extra revisions beyond this allocation will incur a charge of $75 per hour, pending written client approval.
A non-refundable initial deposit is required.
The remaining balance is due as outlined in your proposal or payment plan.
Missed payments will incur a 10% penalty per week, compounded weekly.
The client is responsible for all payments regardless of project completion status.
Clients have 7 days after final delivery to report any functional or content errors. After this period, corrections are billable at $75/hour.
Hosting and domain services are the sole responsibility of the client. Luminary Sparks is not liable for downtime, loss, or cancellations resulting from client management or missed payments.
Luminary Sparks retains full rights to all creative materials until full payment is received. Upon final payment, rights to the final chosen designs are transferred to the client.
A credit line (“Designed by Luminary Sparks”) will be displayed in the website footer unless a $250 removal fee is paid. Design credit may not be reassigned to another entity without written consent.
Clients are responsible for all external tools (e.g., stock images, hosting, plugins, SSL). Luminary Sparks is not liable for third-party failures or limitations.
We aim to provide high-quality design services. However, we do not guarantee sales, revenue, or performance outcomes related to our services.
Luminary Sparks reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the client relationship becomes detrimental. The client does not have the right to cancel this agreement once signed.
All legal matters will be resolved in Lake Charles, Louisiana. If unavailable, jurisdiction will defer to the nearest courthouse, subject to approval by Luminary Sparks.
